Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential. Employees are able to complete the survey during work hours or at home, with surveys directly returned to the vendor conducting the survey.<br /><br />In many of the survey questions, survey respondents are asked to rate their agreement level with a given statement on a scale of 5 to 1, where 5 means \\\"Strongly Agree\\\" and 1 means \\\"Strongly Disagree\\\" (while some questions follow another scale).
